These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Downrange.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the downrange.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
By using this Site and purchasing products, you represent and warrant that you meet the legal age requirements to purchase the items in your order. Under Federal Law:
Falsifying your age to purchase regulated items is a federal offense.
It is entirely your responsibility as the buyer to understand and comply with all Federal, State, County, and City laws concerning the purchase, possession, and use of the products you order. By placing an order, you agree that you are legally allowed to own the item(s) in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe violates state or local restrictions (e.g., magazine capacity bans, restricted firearm rosters).
All firearm sales are subject to federal regulations. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home. They must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
Ammunition must be shipped via ground transportation and requires an adult signature upon delivery. We cannot ship ammunition to P.O. Boxes. Due to varying state laws, we may require additional documentation (e.g., FOID cards in Illinois) before shipping ammunition. We reserve the right to refuse ammunition sales to restricted jurisdictions.
a. Non-Firearm Products
Unused, unopened non-firearm accessories and optics may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Contact our support team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back.
b. Firearms
ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL. Once a firearm is transferred to you by your FFL dealer, it is considered used and cannot be returned to us. If you discover a defect after the transfer, you must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly at your FFL dealer before completing the transfer.
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our inventory and pricing; however, errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing/inventory data, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
In no event shall Downrange.com, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or the products purchased through the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site or products purchased from the Site.
